SHIPPING POLICY

All paid orders will be couriered via The Courier Guy and will arrive 3-5 business days after being dispatched.

Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed.

Standard delivery within South Africa generally takes approximately 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, remote delivery areas, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns of Sealed and Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Unused products may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided that they are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original sealed packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, CPAP masks, mask cushions, nasal pillows, headgear, tubing, humidifier tubs and other patient-specific or hygiene-sensitive accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, broken or removed.
We therefore recommend that customers carefully confirm the correct product, model and size before opening the packaging.
Products that are defective, damaged on arrival, or supplied incorrectly will be handled separately in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer protection requirements.
